THE AVENGERS (2012)

If there's one thing us at smithology.co.za love, its SUPERHERO movies, on Sunday the 29th April, Grant, Jean-Mari, Michelle and me went to see the much anticipated movie...THE AVENGERS.

Growing up Grant and me were big comic book fans, although we had preference for the DC Comics group Justice League, the idea was the same, get the best of the best and put them into a group to fight the evils the world seems to produce (luckily one at a time).

The Avengers movie was the film people thought could never happen, they couldn't put all those characters in ONE movie could they? Well they did, and it was done very well. Most people love Ironman but I loved the Incredible Hulk, the anticipation to see the monster was well done and I think he stole the show.

The Avengers got me thinking, could we see a Justice League movie made? Can you imagine Batman, Superman, Green Lantern, The Flash and Wonder Woman in a film together? Personally I would love a Justice League movie with Blue Beetle, Booster Gold, Mr Miracle, Fire & Ice and the Martian Manhunter but thats probably asking too much!

But back to the Avengers I can't think of any reason to give it less than 10/10, it was fun, funny and action packed from start to finish.
